Student Chapter Video Competition
Lights, camera, transportation! The MOVITE Student Video Competition invites students to creatively showcase their involvement in ITE and the impact it has had on their academic and professional journey. Highlight your chapter activities, competitions, leadership experiences, networking moments, and community engagement—all in a short, dynamic video lasting for up to 3 minutes or less. Share your story, inspire others, and celebrate the energy and innovation students bring to ITE. Your experience could motivate the next generation of transportation leaders! Email your video submission to [email protected] by Sept 11, 2026, and win $200 for your student chapter.
Volunteer Opportunities
MOVITE School of the Year
Starting in 2026, MOVITE will recognize the student chapter that brings the highest number of students to the annual conference. Encourage your classmates and fellow ITE members to attend and represent your school! The winning chapter will receive a $200 award for their student chapter along with a trophy.
Poster Competition
This competition provides a platform for students to present their research and projects to a professional audience. It encourages knowledge sharing, enhances communication skills, and offers recognition for academic excellence through awards and feedback from industry experts.
5-Minute Presentation Competition
This competition challenges students to concisely present their research or projects to a professional audience. It promotes clear, effective communication, builds confidence, and provides valuable exposure and feedback, with top presentations recognized through awards.
Students can apply for either of the competitions or both through this FORM by Sept 11, 2026. Only selected entries will be notified and are given opportunity to present at the 2026 MOVITE Annual Meeting in Lincoln, NE from Sept 30 – Oct 2, 2026.
