2026 MOVITE Annual Conference

The ITE Nebraska Section is excited to host the 2026 MOVITE Annual Conference and invites you to join us in Lincoln, NE at the Graduate by Hilton Lincoln.

Hotel Information

For out of town attendees, there is a room block at the Graduate by Hilton Lincoln for Tuesday, September 29, 2026 through Friday, October 2, 2026 using the event name “2026 MOVITE Fall Meeting”. The room block is available until September 8, 2026. To book, please use the following link:

Self-parking for conference attendees is available at the Graduate by Hilton Lincoln for $25/night at the parking garage directly south of the hotel.

Conference Registration

Registration includes:

Please CLICK HERE to register by September 8 and save $100. The rate for early bird registration is $350 for ITE members, $400 for non-members, and $25 for students. After September 8, rates will be $450 for ITE members, $500 for non-members, and no price increase for students.

Social Event

• Join us Wednesday afternoon for a MOVITE Bowling event that will be held at the Sun Valley Lanes. Registration for this event is $50 per player, which includes bowling, appetizers, and prizes. The event will begin at 1:00 PM and is anticipated to finish around 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at the venue at 12:45 PM and carpool to/from the event if possible.  Sign up and payment for the event is available within the conference registration process. • Join us Wednesday evening for the Welcome Reception that will be held at In Scarlet Room within the hotel.  The reception will begin at 7:00 PM and will continue to 10:00 PM. The Traffic Bowl will also kick off at 7:00 PM.
• The Thursday night social will be held at the hotel.  Plan for an exciting Casino Night. Casual dress is recommended.

Company Sponsorships

As is the case with all MOVITE conferences, there will be an opportunity for your company to sponsor the conference. This sponsorship allows companies to show their support for the conference and MOVITE through a monetary donation, which will be used to offset conference costs. In return, depending on the level of sponsorship selected (Silver, Gold, Diamond), MOVITE will recognize your company in various media and during conference events in order to maximize visibility of your company to conference attendees. Exhibitor Registration

For companies wishing to showcase goods and services at the conference, booths will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. An exhibitor registration of $1,500 includes a booth and a code for one meeting registration (the code will be emailed to the exhibitor registrant). Sponsorships, if desired, must be purchased separately. If there will be more than one Exhibitor at a booth, additional conference registrations will be necessary for each attendee to participate in conference activities. Exhibitor space will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. A floor plan of the conference area is included below.

1st Floor Perkins Room

• Exhibitors will set up inside of the Perkins Room in a secured area.
• Refreshments for the breaks will be held in the Perkins Room with the Exhibitors.
• Sessions will be held in the Ardis Ballroom.
• Exhibitor booths can be set up starting Wednesday, September 29 at noon. Exhibitor booths should be taken down by Friday, October 2 by noon.
• Power and internet service for exhibitors is included with the price of sponsorship.
• Each exhibitor will be provided a skirted 6 ft. by 2.5 ft. table and 2 chairs within an approximate 9 by 6 ft. area. Exhibitor booths are located in a secure area that will be locked overnight and unlocked each morning. While reasonable measures will be taken to secure the room when it is closed, exhibitors are responsible for their own property, and any items left overnight are left at the owner’s risk.
