2025 MOVITE Fall Meeting
The Iowa Section of ITE is excited to host the 2025 MOVITE Fall Meeting and invites you to join us in Des Moines, Iowa at the Hotel Fort Des Moines.
Hotel Information
For out of town attendees, there is a room block at the Hotel Fort Des Moines for Tuesday, September 29, 2025 through Friday, October 3, 2025 using the event name “2025 MOVITE Fall Meeting”. Parking for meeting attendees is available at the Hotel Fort Des Moines for valet parking at $25/night and self-parking is available for $10/night at the parking garage directly west of the hotel (connected with a skywalk).

Please CLICK HERE to register by September 12 and save $100. The rate for early bird registration is $300 for ITE members, $350 for non-members, and $10 for students. After September 12, rates will be $400 for ITE members, $450 for non-members, and no price increase for students.

Social Events
- Join us Wednesday afternoon for a MOVITE TopGolf event that will be held at the West Des Moines Top Golf venue. Registration for this event is $40 per golfer, which includes golf, appetizers, and prizes. The event will begin at 1:30PM and is anticipated to finish around 3:30PM. Please plan to arrive at the venue at 1:15PM and carpool to/from the event if possible. Sign up and payment for the event is available within the conference registration process. - Join us Wednesday evening for the Welcome Reception that will be held at In Confidence Speakeasy within the hotel. The reception starts at 5:00PM and will continue to 7:00PM. Following the Welcome Reception, there will be a gathering in the lobby for those interested in having dinner with friends or new friends to meet. The planning committee will have some local recommendations for those that need it.
- The Thursday night social is at The Shop DSM Event Center, about 2 blocks away and is include with the price of conference registration. Plan for an exciting evening of activities. Casual dress is recommended and stretching before is suggested.

The LAC is working to provide the opportunity to have professional portraits taken during the meeting. More information and a sign-up form will be shared when it becomes available. Check back for updates.
Company Sponsorships
As is the case with all MOVITE meetings, there will be an opportunity for your company to sponsor the meeting. This sponsorship allows companies to show their support for the meeting and MOVITE through a monetary donation, which will be used to offset meeting costs. In return, depending on the level of sponsorship selected (Silver, Gold, Diamond), MOVITE will recognize your company in various media and during meeting events in order to maximize visibility of your company to meeting attendees. Exhibitor Registration
For companies wishing to showcase goods and services at the meeting, booths will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. An exhibitor registration of $750 includes a booth and a code for one meeting registration (the code will be emailed to the exhibitor registrant). Sponsorships, if desired, must be purchased separately. If there will be more than one Exhibitor at a booth, additional meeting registrations will be necessary for each attendee to participate in meeting activities. Exhibitor space will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. A floor plan of the meeting area is included below.
2nd Floor Balcony Area
- Exhibitors will set up outside of the Grand Ballroom in the mezzanine in an unsecure area.
- Refreshments for the breaks will be held in the mezzanine area with the Exhibitors.
- Sessions will be held in the Grand Ballroom and the Wedgewood Ballroom.
- Exhibitor booths can be set up starting Wednesday, October 1 at noon. Exhibitor booths should be taken down by Friday, October 3 at noon.
- Power and internet service for exhibitors is included with the price of sponsorship.
- Each exhibitor will be provided a skirted 6 ft. by 2.5 ft. table and 2 chairs within an approximate 9 by 6 ft. area. Exhibitor booths are located in a non-secure area and items left overnight will be at the owner’s risk.
