The Arkansas Section of ITE local arrangements committee is excited to host the 2023 MOVITE Fall Meeting to be held October 4-6 at the 21c Museum Hotel in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

The various sponsorship opportunities are listed below and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have questions regarding any of these sponsorship opportunities, please reach out to Landon Miller at landon.miller@mbakerintl.com.

• $1000 – GOLD Sponsorship: Includes one meeting registration, recognition of company on website and technical program meeting material, and recognition on a large sign(s) at conference room entrances and projected in breakout sessions between presentations.
• $2000 – PLATINUM Sponsorship: Includes everything in Gold Level PLUS one additional registration and recognition at the Thursday Business Lunch.

• $2000 Cocktail Hour Sponsorship: Includes recognition of company on a welcome board and a designated table for the company to use for marketing and networking. This event will have up to two sponsors and will be on a first-come, first-served basis (Thursday evening). SOLD OUT
• $1500 Welcome Reception Sponsorship: Includes recognition of company on a welcome board and a designated table for the company to use for marketing and networking. This event will have up to two sponsors and will be on a first-come, first-served basis (Wednesday evening).
• $1500 Lunch Sponsorship: Includes recognition of company on table tents and recognition in technical program meeting material. This event will have one sponsor on a first-come, first-served basis. 1 Available (Thursday).
• $1000 Breakfast Sponsorship: Includes recognition of company on table tents and recognition in technical program meeting material. The breakfasts will have one sponsor each on a first-come, first-served basis. 2 Available (1 Thursday, 1 Friday).

All sponsors will have their company logo included in the official meeting program unless omission is requested or the company fails to email their logo. An email of the company’s logo as a *.tif or *.jpeg file shall be emailed to landon.miller@mbakerintl.com.

Exhibitor Registration – SOLD OUT

For companies wishing to showcase goods and services at the meeting, booths will be available. An exhibitor registration of $1,000 includes a booth and meeting registration for one person. Booths will be located along the perimeter of the main meeting room. Sponsorships, if desired, must be purchased separately. If there will be more than one Exhibitor at a booth an additional meeting registration must be completed if they wish to participate in meeting activities.

• Exhibitor space will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. A floor plan of the conference area is available here.
• Exhibitors will set up in the Gallery One area, the entry area for the Main Gallery.
• Registration, Wednesday’s welcome reception, meals, refreshments, and combined sessions will be held in the Gallery One and Main Gallery areas.
• Exhibitor booths can be set-up starting Wednesday, October 4th, at 12:00 p.m.
• Exhibitor booths may remain until Friday, October 6, at 11:00 a.m.
• Electrical power and wireless internet service for vendors is included with the price of sponsorship.
• Each vendor will be provided a skirted rectangular table within an approximate 8 ft. by 8 ft. area. Exhibitor booths in Gallery One will be in a secure area. All booths may remain set up overnight.

Registrations after September 22, 2023 may result in limited placement of company logo due to the necessity to order signs and meeting materials.
