MEETING INFORMATION

The Oklahoma Traffic Engineering Association, a section of ITE, is pleased to host the 2022 Annual Fall MOVITE/OTEA Meeting in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. With over 50 legendary attractions including the National Cowboy and Western Museum and the Myriad Botanical Gardens, OKC, as its affectionately known, is the ideal destination. Discover the sights and sounds of the Old West in Stockyards City or the thrilling Frontier City Theme Park, watch horse races at Remington Park, then have dinner and a show in historic Bricktown. The remarkable Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum occupies the now sacred soil where 168 Americans were killed. Learn how tragedy united a nation and come away with a new sense of strength, peace and resolve.

The Omni Hotel and Convention center is located in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. The Local Arrangement Committee has worked hard to develop an educational program and networking events.

Tuesday, October 11th – The conference will begin in the evening with a networking ice breaker at the Bricktown Brewery located just a few blocks northeast of the Omni. The brewery is Oklahoma’s first craft brewery and MOVITE will take over the upstairs entertainment area.  A student and younger member meet and greet will also be at the ice breaker. For golfers there will be a golf outing earlier in the day at Lincoln Park Golf Course and for non-golfers, come check-in early, grab your welcome bag with a streetcar pass included and start exploring OKC.

Wednesday, October 12th – On Wednesday there will be an educational technical program featuring keynote speakers and will include breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Wednesday evening will consist of a Social event at City and State restaurant with a Pub Crawl including Twisted Spike and ending at Social Capital OKC to follow.

Thursday, October 13th – Thursday’s breakfast will include honoring MOVITE Past Presidents. Then vendor presentations will showcase emerging technologies in transportation and the conference will finish out with an OTEA Business Meeting.  A cycling tour will also take place following the meeting.

EXHIBITORS

The annual Fall MOVITE/OTEA Meeting offers vendors an opportunity to showcase their products and services to a large and varied audience of transportation professionals. Exhibitor booths will be available for those vendors who register.

• Exhibitor registration and location assignment will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
• Exhibitor booth set up is available beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11th. Exhibits must be removed following the last presentation on Wednesday, October 12th.
• Price includes 6′ skirted table, two chairs, and power.
• Meeting sponsorships must be purchased if additional advertisement is desired.
• The exhibitor registration does not include any registration. Individual registrations must be completed for each exhibitor participating in any meeting activities.

MEETING SPONSORSHIP

The success of events such as the Annual Fall MOVITE/OTEA Meeting is the result of the support of companies who recognize the value of the services provided by this organization.  Companies are able to show their support for the meeting through a sponsorship. In return, your company’s logo will be displayed on various meeting materials, with recognition given during the conference to maximize visibility of your company to meeting attendees. An e-mail of your company’s logo shall be emailed to Kristie Drury (kdrury@olsson.com) prior to September 19th so that it can be included on the official program and meeting materials.

Early sponsorship submittals will allow for your logo to receive the maximum exposure on the website and official meeting program. We encourage you to complete this form and provide your logo as early as possible. The sponsorship registration does not include any registration. Individual registrations must be completed for each sponsor participating in any meeting activities.

• Gold Sponsorship – $750
  • Includes logo recognition on handouts, registration board, slideshow. Also will be recognized at the business meeting and lunch.
• Break Sponsor (1 Available) – $2000
  • Includes special mention during breaks, signage at break table, logo on handouts and slideshow.
• Wifi Sponsor (1 Available) – $2500
  • Includes special mention during morning session, company name for wifi name, logo on handouts, and slideshow.
• Online Payment Sponsor (1 Available) – $2000
  • Includes special mention during morning session, logo on website, handouts, and slideshow.
• Social Event Sponsor (3 Available) – $1500
  • Includes special mention during event, signage at event, distribution of marketing material at social event, logo on handouts, and slideshow.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

Golf tournament will be held at Lincoln Park Golf Course.  Located just minutes from downtown OKC. Check-in will begin at 10:00 a.m., lunch will be available form 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Staggered tee times will begin at 11:00 a.m. Please sign up as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
